just want to let people know, about the picture
Not happy
The original picture was very misleading as was the description. The metal used inside the toaster is weak and fragile and easily bent by soft bread. You need to constantly fiddle with it to straighten it out so your toaster will operate.
Picture showed 4 slice when in actuality it was a 2 slice.
This toaster was ordered for price and rating. We had to return it because it was only a 2 slice even though the picture showed it as a 4 slice.
