It works.
I ordered this because I have always had pretty good luck with Proctor Silex coffee makers They generally last a long time. The only complaint that I have is that the coffee isn't really very hot. I always put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to get it to the desired temperature. Other than that, it turns itself on and brews my coffee at the correct time that I set it for.
Good product, good price
After going through two new Mr. Coffee systems in nine months, I took a friend's good advice and bought this coffeemaker -- and I'm glad I did. It works great and brews quickly, and seems to have a smaller footprint than my old ones. It fits better under my counter, at least. It's easy to fill and to see the water level. It doesn't dribble when I sneak a cup while it's brewing. The carafe doesn't dribble when I pour, either. It seems made of better material, and is overall more substantial. After more than a month of use, it continues to THRILL this coffee lover.
crappy shipping package
Seller sent me my coffee maker, as if they plucked it off a store shelf, and stuck a shipping label on it. The box came beat up and "thank goodness" the glass carafe, was not broken! But the light on
the coffee maker "doesn't work "... cheap coffee maker, make sure this seller packages your order
properly before they mail you your order!! Won't order from this seller again!
