Excelent fryer
I purchased this for my mother 3 years ago when her fryer started died.
After doing a lot of research and finding flaws with all the home models I found this fryer that met all my criteria.
It is an excellent no nonsense fryer.
Simple to use and maintain.
No unnecessary bells or whistles just a power switch, thermostat and light.
Simple easy to clean lines not like the counter art department store peaces wwith all those design details to clean that are ment to sit and look pretty and occasonly be used.
This unit is meant to be used.
Take off the head unit and the rest goes in the sink.
The heating element sits above the bottom of the tank so crumbs can fall past.
Recovers faster then regular home models and will out preform them all.
It is a little bigger but that makes it more useable.
The basket is a commercial design and doesn't fold for storage so it can't collapse when cooking.
All stainless steal construction.
