Plastic beater does not hold up to making ice cream
The plastic beater that connects to the motor broke on the first use. Unfortunately this was a Christmas gift for my mother. Our family tradition is to have homemade ice cream at family gatherings for holidays. I returned this right away and will find another one to try. I do not recommend it.
