are you kidding me
I've had one of these since they first came out ($99). The first one was fantastic
until part of the drive mechanism failed. I sent it for warranty service and got back somebodyelse's unit which I still have. The tachometer NEVER worked, and it was never as nice as my original - I wish they had just fixed mine and sent it back to me. The replacement always had a bearing noise (worried me most at high RMP) and the tachometer NEVER worked. I never sent it back - I figured - if this is their customer service forget it! I bought a 29.95 Waring which works fine and doesn't sound like a hamstercage full of marbles. The one star if for the couple of months that my original unit worked perfectly. I would rate it minus 5 stars if I could - don't waste your money!!!
