Overpriced on Amazon, but EXCELLENT mill
I use this for baby food every day. The handle and blade pop in and out, as they are spring loaded. The cross bar hooks into two metal flanges on each side and you push down and rotate to lift the mechanism out of the mill. There are no blades, but everything comes out perfect for baby's first foods (which is why I bought it). It safely filters out skins, seeds, chaff, and thick vegetable veins. It's great! The only downside is that the price is very high on Amazon for some reason.
