I'm on my FIFTH broken one!
Nesco keeps sending me replacements,and they all break before I use them five times. They all break in the exact same place. I have never abused this machine at all. Yes, I did assemble it properly.
I tried to use it to puree soups and mayonaisse. That's about it, folks. It's junk that is made in China with bad metallurgy. You should never buy any Nesco products. It is clear that Nesco is not a brand you can trust, no matter how nice the Customer Service Department people may be.

I've had the nesco professional immersion hand blender/ food chopper for almost six months. We make a green shake ever morning. I use the chopper and am very happy with it. Still haven't used the mixer or the frother yet. Only problem... I miss placed my chopping cutter and now have to buy a replacement part. Finding info online has been crazy. next step is customer service. We still love the product...has a kick when you need it and a gentile whirl when you don't.
