Awesome Dehydrator, but not a Good Deal
First of all, let me say that I love this Excalibur dehydrator. I use it all the time because I am a Raw Food Vegan and this has been such a great product. 5 stars for this dehydrator. I love the fact it has a timer and how easy it is to use. However, I recommend buying the dehydrator by itself and ordering the Paraflexx nonstick sheets separately. The knives that came with this item are cheap and very dull, and note that you are only getting ONE Paraflexx sheet for the 9 trays in the dehydrator. When I bought this, the title said sheets, so I thought I was getting 9 sheets. When it came with only one, I contacted the seller and discovered that only one came with it. I was upset that I had spent the extra money to get things I didn't need when I could have used it to buy all 9 Paraflexx sheets. Thankfully, the seller was helpful and sent me 4 more sheets because of the misunderstanding, so at least I have 5 nonstick sheets.
