EXCELLENT TOOL!
I've used this in my sharpening business for 2 years on many, many serrated knives and it works brilliantly. Using just a small amount of pressure will get the job done and not wear the diamonds off the tool. I'm still on my 1st one and it shows no, I repeat, NO signs of wearing out after more use than most will put it through in a lifetime! Just remember to let the diamond surface do the work.

This is not what you get if you order! What you get is a flat rectangular stone that has the handles shown that will flip back around it. I did not return it but should have for the price I paid.
