Great for fruit
I've had my dehydrator for about a month now. There have been weeks where I don't hardly turn it off.
I do a lot of fruit in it and it is a great alternative to some of the other snack foods out there. A lot healthier too.
It dries things evenly and isn't not too loud. I don't have to rotate trays any more, like I did with my little round one. I also love the square trays. It makes it so much easier to put your own parchment paper down,
I do wish that I had bought the bigger one now, but I would have had to find a place to put it in my little kitchen.
I am thinking about buying some extra tray liners so that when I have one thing almost done, I can start setting up for the next batch, without having to clean and dry the last set.
